Delivery time (U.S.): Standard tracked delivery: 6–13 business days (estimated).
In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to peak seasons/holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or high shipping volume. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Where we ship from: partner warehouses in Asia, Europe (incl. Germany), and the United States — depending on stock availability.

Tracking: every order ships with a tracking number. Track your order.

Duties & taxes

“De minimis” = the low-value import threshold set by customs. U.S. shipments under that threshold are typically not charged import duty. Local sales tax may apply at checkout. Any carrier-assessed customs/handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost / delayed parcels

If your package hasn’t arrived 30 days after shipment, contact us at support@marcun.shop — we’ll reship or refund in full.

Address issues

Please check your shipping address carefully. Orders returned due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses or unclaimed parcels can be reshipped once the address is corrected (additional postage may apply).
